The biennial Amish Health Conference will be held August 1, 2019 in the heart of Amish Country…Holmes County, Millersburg, Ohio.
Please consider submitting a proposal, serve as a sponsor, and/or join us as a participant in one of the most unique opportunities to share and learn with experts and members of the community. Whether you are a healthcare or public health professional, researcher, or a community member who wants to learn more about the culture and history of a community deeply rooted in rural America, this conference is meant to educate and inspire you in a truly interactive and connected environment.
This conference draws health care professionals and community members from around the state and country who are excited to learn more about the Amish way of life and health care issues facing the community. Keynote speakers include bishops and elders from local Amish, Mennonite, and Plain communities.
The Call for Proposals, Sponsorship, and Registration forms can be found online at www.appalcare.org and includes the option to pay by credit card through PayPal.
Please contact us at 1-877-463-3686 (x 710) or via email at email@example.com.
You’ve seen the shows on TV, you’ve heard the news stories, now come and hear from the community members themselves who they really are, told from their point of view. We hope to see you August 1.
